The Black Heritage Fest is an extensive cultural experience that promotes diversity and cultural sensitivity filled with community social responsibility, a two day-long festival honoring local giants, featuring local artists, guest speakers, exhibits, poets, crafts people and culminating with legends of the music industry which draws thousands each year!
The Festival takes place at one or more of the popular venues and outdoor parks in or near Downtown Houston annually.
