Darryl King
CEO & Co-Founder, Principle Partnering Group, LLC

Darryl King is the CEO, and Co-Founder of the Principle Partnering Group, LLC (PPG). As the CEO of PPG, Mr. King ensures that resources are in place such that PPG serves as a liaison between the prime contractor and the actual and potential sub-contractors in establishing and monitoring performance in pursuit of the SBE/DBE objectives.

Deborah M. Wilson
Ed.D, LPC, LCDC

Deborah Wilson is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in teaching, community mental health counseling, and systems, and program development in academic settings.

Osjetta Gascey
Digital Marketing Lead, Cigna

As a native and lifelong resident of Houston, Osjetta Gascey currently serves as the Digital Marketing Lead at Cigna. She has extensive experience in the non-profit and health-care sector – including marketing, public relations, event planning and grant writing. She has secured annual and capital campaign funding for local Houston nonprofits including Covenant House Texas and Provision, Inc. through donor cultivation and fundraising events. Osjetta is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s in Communications from Texas Southern University. Currently, Osjetta serves as a mentor to young professionals through Cigna’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion EMERGE mentorship program.

Deborah M. Wilson
Ed.D, LPC, LCDC

Dr. Deborah “Munirah” Wilson has worked in the field of higher education and as a licensed counselor for almost 30 years (specializing in teaching, community mental health counseling, and systems & program development). She was instrumental in the training and supervision of licensed mental health clinicians from across Texas all the way to central Florida. She is a graduate of Texas Southern University, where she earned both an M.A. in Guidance & Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, and Fort Valley State University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. As a community and mental health advocate, Dr. Wilson has presented at various conferences, with a focus on numerous topics impacting the African American community, in urban and rural settings, including substance abuse and mental health, HIV, homelessness, and child and family assessment. She is a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor.

Tyra Jones
MBA/PA, EdD

Dr. Tyra Jones is the owner of JA Consulting and Corporate Tax Solutions. Additionally, she is a soon-to-be-published author and has more than 16 years of experience in education, specifically in graduate-level math and science, with additional experience in facilitating courses and writing curricula in entrepreneurship and online learning. As a child and parent advocate, she has a history of supporting parents in their quest for equal opportunity education and advocating for their rights. Furthermore, her passion is to help business owners overcome challenges with business funding. She believes that if we know a way out, we can equip ourselves with a strategy to learn the system of credit and reach our financial goals.

Constance Jones
Senior Director, National Minority Supplier Development Council

Constance Jones is a proud Houston native, wife, and mother of three who believes in empowering others and makes it a point to do so through her love of business and philanthropy. Furthermore, she is living her passion every day as the Senior Director of Field Services for the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). She participates in several different organizations outside of NMSDC to promote minority businesses. She has volunteered with the Minority Business Development Agency, United States Small Business Administration, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, NAACP, and the Urban League. Constance is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and earned a B.S. in Administration and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
