The Houston Black Heritage Festival is held annually at various locations in Houston. The Festival is a cultural experience that promotes diversity and cultural sensitivity filled with performances, art, guest speakers, exhibits, poets, crafts people and world-renown musical entertainers! This year’s Festival will take place Saturday, March 7, 2020 on the grounds and stages of beautiful MIDTOWN PARK located 2811 Travis Street in Midtown Houston which holds a capacity crowd of 8,000 participants. Underground parking is available!
